High quality natural pyrite crystal clusters. Many of these contain a unique striated pattern on a columnar shaped pyrite crystal cluster. Some contain cubic, octahedron, or dodecahedron crystals. I purchase these directly from the mine owner in Peru. These are several grades higher than the cheap pyrite nuggets found in souvenir shops. It is often called "fool's gold"or "iron pyrite."

It is an iron sulfide with the chemical formula FeS₂. Pyrite is the most abundant sulfide mineral. Pyrite's metallic luster and pale brass-yellow hue give it a superficial resemblance to gold, hence the well-known nickname of fool's gold.

Each cluster is different, so will vary slightly from the images presented, as well as exact weights and dimensions. In some cases there may be 2 smaller clusters to meet the average weights and widths listed.
